commissions: order

BY SUBMITTING AN ORDER, YOU ARE CONFIRMING YOU HAVE READ AND AGREED TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE:

• Commercial use is permitted as long as the commissioner pays commercial use fee
• I maintain the right to the work, as in posting the commission piece or SNS or using it my portfolio. The commissioner is free to request for otherwise in terms of SNS posting and portfolio usage
• Likewise, use without proper credit, untagged or uncredited reposts, claiming, tracing, copying/redrawing without permission, alterations without permission, NFT or use in AI image generation data sets is strictly prohibited
• I have the right to decline any commission for any reason without explicit explanation, and I will communicate the inability to accept it clearly with the commissioner
• There are no refunds
• If specifics are not provided by the commissioner in an area, I will exercise creative liberty of varying inconsistent degrees of creativity/deviation or artistic experimentation. The commissioner is free to ask for any changes if they think of something later (may or may not be charged)
• You the commissioner are obligated to tell me if you have a deadline. You understand a deadline within 48 hours immediately warrants a rush fee that is double the original price
• The commissioner can only ask for alterations before the commission is completed and paid

order flow payment process

1. order
   • you submit your order, via DM, or google form
2. approval
   • i message you with an update, verifying the details of your order and letting you know whether ive decided to accept or decline your commission
3. updates
   • ill send you a heavily watermarked sketch. feel free to request alterations!
4. completion and payment
   • when its done, ill send you a heavily watermarked version! feel free to request alterations, although i may decline large changes
   • at this point i will also send you a paypal invoice. you also may not cancel at this point
5. receiving the order
   • after the money is processed and received, i will send you the full unwatermarked illustration(s)

normal turnaround time

1 to 3 weeks for the rough sketch and additional 2 to 4 for the final (~5 weeks total.) i will let you know if i am busy and may take additional time on your order, and if im free i might finish early :]
